Financial Responsibility

Thank you to our many supporters, faithful friends, and families.
Agua Viva was incorporated in 2011 in the State of Kansas, where we remain “In Good Standing”. Agua Viva International is a section 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt organization and holds the coveted distinction of a Platinum Guidestar Rating; the highest rating available for a non-profit organization. Agua Viva is committed to the use of nearly 100% of our donations DIRECTLY for our stated Mission. Agua Viva has no debt, no employees, no rent, and less than 5% administrative/overhead costs.

Our mission work is sustainable because it is based upon the continuing education of newly trained teachers and operators IN-COUNTRY. By enabling the indigenous people of our targeted communities, enduring friendships are created with lasting results.
In addition, we believe in financial responsibility for our Operating Partners and they are encouraged to report production to our organization and maintain a micro-business to sustain their operations far into the future.

Transparency is our pledge to our constituents and tax returns and financial statements are posted on our Website without modification.
